Your First Visit to Our Phoenix Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New patients often remark how "comfortable" our office is. That's good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We have gone out of our way to make our office a stress relieving environment.

On your first visit, you'll be greeted by name when you enter our office, and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

If you have already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, this should only take 5 or 10 minutes. Then you will meet with Dr. Van Berkel for your consultation.

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Our examination consists of an orthopedic examination, neurological examination, chiropractic examination, and x-rays.

Your time is valuable. Therefore we seek to keep you first visit between 30-45 minutes.

Dr. Paul Asks some important questions of interest to Phoenix residents - Chiropractor Phoenix Dr. Paul Asks...

What controls your pulse, blood pressure and cholesterol?
Conventional health care focuses on the various aspects of your blood. But these are merely effects. Chiropractic focuses on the integrity of your nervous system that controls, regulates and monitors every aspect of your circulatory system, every aspect of your body and every person in Phoenix.
Is average normal or is normal average?
Every chiropractor knows that so-called "normal" is merely an average. What's normal for you may not be normal for anyone else. So the chiropractic approach to better health is to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each of our Phoenix patients.
